I like puzzle games. I like twisting my brain with these kind of things. Tetris, cryptograms, logic puzzles.

Lately I have discovered a new puzzle game. Well, not really new. It’s been around for a while now. I just read about this in the newspaper and, during one of those bored-out moments, I decided to try it. And now I think I’m getting hooked.

It’s called sudoku. Kinda like a cryptogram, only this would involve numbers rather than letters, and each number, from 1 to 9, would not be repeated in the same column, row or, in the 9×9 games that I’ve played, 3×3 boxes. It’s kinda like a deduction game, too. You just have to determine the number’s position based on the clues given.

Tried it on the internet yesterday, and fortunately there’s a button wherein you can check if your answers are right. If not, then delete or repeat all over again. Easier than on paper where you’d be needing a pencil and eraser most of the time(or pen and Magic Touch). Fastest time is 13 minutes and less than 10 seconds. Longest was like more than 20 minutes. Great. More practice.

Next thing you know I’ll be dreaming of numbers every night. Kinda weird, coming from a person who’s not really into numbers. Well, it entails no odd equations, so I guess that’s fine.

Try it, you’re gonna get addicted to it. I think I am now. 983672154…179438625…237165849…
