“Annoy Me” day
Monday. The first day of the week. It’s one of those days that you don’t expect much to happen to you since it’s just the start of a "you-know-it’s-gonna-be-stressful" week. It ain’t supposed to be an annoying day.
But what the heck? Fate has its own plans.
Call it mababaw, but hey, if you’re the person who loves to listen to music, it’s pretty much that bad.
My boyfriend and I rode an FX taxi to work. So from our place (in Pasig), the driver had this radio on… of course to the station where most drivers listen to (kailangan pa bang i-memorize ‘yan?) Oh well, it’s just about 15 to 20 minutes, right?
Wrong.
It was a looong 30 minutes, with the driver trying to avert traffic jams along our route. Sad to say, the alternatives had traffic jams just as bad.
But hey, what’s the worst that could happen?
Oh, the playlist. SHEEETT!!!
First up, there was Janno Gibbs’ song (that goes "akooo… na yata ang pinakamagandang lalake sa mundooo…" dang! talk about vanity!), then Side A’s version of "All I Need" (okay, that was fine; still it was a rendition of those old songs that talk about a guy’s confusion… dang it! like, so what’s it gonna be, feller?!), then Air Supply’s "Goodbye." Then commercial. So the driver changes the station to wherever and there you go! "Ocean Deep" is playing! To cap it all off, "Instant Ayos" segues before we got off the FX. Then, maybe because of LSS, Gio dances the "Instant Ayos" move.
Wow.
Yesterday was "Frustrate Me" day (with trips to Toy Kingdom and Powerbooks, thank you). And now, "Annoy Me" day. So what’s next?
Oh well, at least I got to lighten up with a website sent by my friend G. Check out this chicken and just tell it what it has to do.
